What Lissa likes about chocolate:
I like my chocolate dark. I don't eat plain bars below 80% cacao solids, but I will go as low as 59% for flavors I love (mint, berry, chili, nuts). I'm an adventurous eater willing to give all dark chocolates that fit my criteria at least one try. Theo's 91% owns my heart, but Equal Exchange's dark mint is a delight when I want a little flavor with my chocolate.
